I stayed here once on a visit to Melbourne. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful with information about Melbourne. Great if you’re on a tight budget. Rooms are neat and tidy with basic facilities. Not that spacious. But you get what you pay for. Would definitely stay there again. Great location. 10 stars.
