Better off going to Collingwood
This place can be really quiet at times, parking can be extremely difficult to find being the CBD & the staff can be quite rude & intrusive while you're playing. You're much better off going to Collingwood, where you have a LOT more options (and parking) & hence chances to meet guys that you like such as Club 80, Wet, Laird, etc
First timer
I went there for the first time today and was very much surprised. Very clean and you are able to relax or cruise at leisure, Spa, sauna,, movie lounge, café, cruise maze and more. A place for all ages and body types to feel comfortable

One of the best saunas I visited and enjoyed very much. Lots to meet mix ages but I prefer silverdaddies

Subway tends to busy after work hrs but IRS down to a small number of men around 2:30

Melbourne's second best sauna
Good coffee tea and snacks. You can get alcohol too. There are lots of private rooms plus special room for hire. Internet is free. There is a dry and steamy sauna. Best thing is that trains that go overhead. Very modern and clean. Entry is about $23. Sunday is said to be the busiest day
